Self referrals can be made by phone or in person. We also accept referrals from physicians, family members, employers, law enforcement and other community agencies. An initial assessment appointment will be scheduled with each individual seeking services to determine what services are most appropriate to meet the person's needs. If we do not offer the services that are needed, every effort will be made to assist the individual in locating the approprate care.
