Medical: A competitive medical PPO plan and prescription plan

Dental: Dental PPO Plan

Vision: Eye exams and eye wear

Retirement Savings Plan: Generous company discretionary contribution of 5% into a 401a plan and a company match contribution up to 5% max when you make an election into the 457b plan.

Company Provided Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D Insurance) equal to 1.5 times your annual base pay, up to a $200,000 maximum.

Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance: You may purchase additional life/AD&D coverage for yourself and eligible dependents

Voluntary Short-Term Disability: Option to purchase a short-term disability plan that pays you 60% of your weekly earnings, up to a maximum benefit of $1,500 per week for up to 11 weeks.

Company-Provided, Long-Term Disability: 60% salary continuance to a maximum benefit of $10,000 per month.
