Do I Qualify for Public Housing?

An applicant’s income must not exceed the income limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Income limits (by family size) are set at 80% (low income), 50% (very low) and 30% (extremely low) of the median income for the county or metropolitan area.
