Project-Based Vouchers are assigned to a variety of affordable apartment communities and awarded to individuals and families with a household income lower than 50 percent of the Area Median Income. Tenants pay 30 percent of their adjusted income toward an approved rent, and FWHS pays the difference.

Beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021, Fort Worth Housing Solutions will accept online, pre-applications for two Project-Based Voucher communities: Sedona Place Senior Living, near I-35W and Western Center Boulevard, and Stallion Ridge Apartments, near I-35W and Everman Parkway. FWHS will update this page to announce when pre-applications are no longer accepted.

Pre-applications must be made online at applyfwhspbv.org. Wait list rank is based on time and date of application. New applicants are added after individuals already on the lists.

Persons who have a disability and require assistance to complete the pre-application online may email us at PBVteam@fwhs.org or call 817-333-3668. Persons who do not have access to computers may visit their local public library to apply online.
