Phat Pham, Vice President of Asset Management, earned a doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from Walden University. In his role at Fort Worth Housing Solutions, he is responsible for Asset Management’s comprehensive operations, to include oversight of all residential and commercial facilities. His primary responsibilities include developing and executing asset management strategies to enhance and protect asset value and maximize profitability. Dr. Pham manages a portfolio that consists of FWHS-owned and developed properties and also fee-managed assignments, and he oversees third-party property management companies.

Dr. Pham has worked with many leadership teams and is well-versed in federal and state program requirements such as Low Income Public Housing (LIPH), Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Project Based Vouchers (PBV), Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and other programs administered by the New Orleans Housing Authority, Dallas Housing Authority and FWHS. Dr. Pham has successfully practiced his business leadership skills for more than 20 years on both the operations side and in information technology for businesses, universities and public housing authorities.
